Root Your Innjoo Max 2 Plus and install TWRP Recovery Here....

The Long Waiting  is over thanks to Hovatek for porting the Twrp Recovery we will be guiding through the process on how best you can root Innjoo Max 2 Plus and install TWRP Recovery with errors of any kind.

Things You Need:

-          SP Flash tools (Download)

-          VCOM drivers (Read installation guide)

-          Recovery Image (Download)

-          USB cable for communicating the device with your PC.

Install TWRP Recovery on Innjoo Max 2 Plus

Step 1: After downloading  the recovery for innjoo Max 2 create a folder on your desktop and extract the file to that folder for easy navigation.  The zip file should contain “Recovery.img” and “MT6580_Android_Scatter.txt” file.

 Step 2: Power off your device, and wait for some min.

Step 3: Download the SP Flash tool if don;t have it make sure you are using latest version and extract the files to your desktop. You should get the following files as seen below, after extraction.

Step 4: Click, Flash_tool.exe to launch the Sp flash tool

Step 5: One the flash tool click on the download/upgrade tab and click on scatter loading button

Step 6: Navigate to the folder you created On Step 1 locate the scatter file named “MT6580_Android_Scatter.txt” click to load

 Step 7: Again On flash tool click Download to begin flashing process.

Step 8: Immediately, connect your off deviceto your computer via USB cable, and press Volume Down or up key, so it would be detected easily by your computer.

Step 9: The Flashing process would be in progress, and a Green button mark would appear once the process is completed.

Congratulation you have installed TWRP Recovery on your Innjoo Max 2 Plus please you are to boot to recovery mode immediately simply press and hold Volume Down button + press Power button.

Next on board is how to root the device

Root Innjoo Max 2 Plus

Step 1: We believe you have download the SuperSU file from above link move the downloaded files to the internal storage of your Innjoo Max 2 Plus device. (root)

Step 2: Switch off your device and boot to recovery mode (press and hold Volume Down button + press Power button).

Step 3: After that, go to the recover main menu, and then choose install, and then select the SuperSU Zip and flash.

Step 4: Once the installation process is completed, go back to the main recovery menu and click  Reboot system, and your device should rooted to working mode.

Great you now have your  Innjoo Max 2 Plus rooted and with twrp recovery install. To verify root access, you can simply download root checker and confirm if your device has gained root access.
